Yes, at any time.
You can do this on the Billing page of the RealVNC Connect Portal. The Billing page can be accessed using the person/profile icon at the top right of the portal after logging in.
You can choose to upgrade to another subscription tier, and add devices and/or users depending on your subscription model.
Note, If you are on one of our legacy subscriptions you will only be able to upgrade to another tier at your renewal date.
