Why have I received an invoice but payment has not been taken?

If you have received an invoice but we have not yet taken payment, it will taken in the next few days.

Your service will continue to operate without interruption.

Enterprise customers only

If you are renewing your Enterprise subscription and originally licensed the VNC Server app running on each remote computer using a 25 character license key, please don't forget to apply the new key you'll find on the Deployment page of your RealVNC account. Otherwise, remote access will stop.

There's no need to do anything if you originally licensed VNC Server by signing into the License Wizard using your RealVNC account credentials - we'll automatically apply the new key for you.

Note: If you did originally use a license key, you can switch to having your license key applied automatically at renewal time without enabling cloud connectivity, providing that remote computer is connected to the Internet. See how to do this.
