Why have I received an invoice but payment has not been taken?

If you have received an invoice but we have not yet taken payment, it will taken in the next few days.

Your service will continue to operate without interruption.

Customers using offline licensing only

If you are renewing your subscription and originally licensed VNC Connect using an offline license, please don't forget to apply the new offline license you'll find on the Deployment page of your RealVNC account. Otherwise, remote access will stop.

There's no need to do anything if you originally licensed VNC Connect by signing in using your RealVNC account credentials - we'll automatically apply the renewed subscription for you.

Note: If you did originally use an offline license, you can switch to having your subscription applied automatically at renewal time without enabling cloud connectivity, providing that remote computer is connected to the Internet. See how to do this.
