What do I do if I don't receive an email for email verification/password reset/device authorization?

You should receive an email verification/password reset/device authorization email from our systems within an hour. If not, please check your email spam/junk folders.

To avoid email delays preventing you from signing in to your RealVNC account,  we highly recommend enabling 2-step authentication for your account. For more information about how to do this, please see: How do I set up 2-step authentication for my RealVNC account

If you aren't receiving our emails, adding no-reply@realvnc.com as a contact or Trusted / Safe Sender may resolve the issue.

If you are using an email security solution such as Mimecast or Barracuda, you may need to whitelist the IP address of our email service. If this is the case, please ask your email administrator to whitelist:  198.2.135.195

If the email has not been received, please submit a ticket
