Dynamically-filled/form field PDFs do not print correctly with VNC Connect

There is a known issue when printing PDFs that contain dynamically-filled data or form fields. The document that is printed by VNC Connect contains garbage characters. This will be investigated to address in a future release although we have no timescales we can share at present.

There are 2 known workarounds at this time: 

  • When printing from Adobe Reader, enable "Print as Image" in the Advanced options of the print dialog
  • Print the PDF through a software PDF printer such as Microsoft's Send to PDF or Adobe PDF printer first, and then print to the printer connected by VNC Connect.
