This can be achieved by running the VNC License Wizard.
Running the VNC License Wizard
To run the wizard, please right-click the VNC Server tray icon (near the clock), or in the top menu bar, and select Licensing and 'Sign in to your RealVNC Account'. If you have multiple teams in your RealVNC account, you will be prompted to select the team to join VNC Server to.
Removing old entries
To remove computers from your team that you no longer want to connect to, please follow the below steps:
- Login to your account via the portal (https://manage.realvnc.com)
- Select Computers on the left hand side
- Click the '...' to the right of the computer(s) that you're having problems accessing and select 'Remove from Team'
