If you have a VNC Connect Enterprise or Professional subscription, or are a member of a Enterprise or Professional team, we may be able to send you backup codes to allow you to login into your RealVNC account, where you can setup a new device or disable 2-step authentication completely (not recommended). We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
This is done on a case-by-case basis, since we will only do so if we can be sure we know who you are!

Unfortunately, we are not able to send backup codes for customers with VNC Connect Home or Lite subscriptions.
