I’ve lost my backup codes or mobile authenticator app - how do I sign in to my RealVNC account?

If you have a subscription which includes access to technical support, or you are a member of a team which includes access to technical support, we may be able to send you backup codes to allow you to login into your RealVNC account, where you can set up a new device or disable 2-step authentication completely (not recommended). We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.

This is done on a case-by-case basis, since we will only do so if we can be sure we know who you are!

In the first instance, please raise a support ticket and we’ll be in touch.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide backup codes for customers with RealVNC Connect Home, Lite, or Essentials subscriptions.
