You can easily update, add, or remove the payment details associated with your account by signing in online and navigating to the Profile page. This displays all payment methods on your account.
To manage the payment method for an individual subscription, navigate to the Billing page.
Please note that you cannot delete a payment method entirely if that method is currently associated with a subscription. If you need to remove a payment method that is associated with a subscription, please raise a support request.
Please be aware that only the Owner of the account may update payment methods.
NOTE: If you have more than one subscription, you’ll have more than one team; use the online picker to switch between them:
These teams are completely separate. When you sign in, please make sure you are working with the right team.
