In the latest version of macOS (macOS 15 Sequoia), Apple have introduced a new privacy measure requiring remote access applications, like RealVNC Connect, to gain consent from the user once a month to capture the screen of their Mac.
Our developers are working with Apple to update our apps so that this monthly prompt is not required in future versions of RealVNC Connect. In the meantime, please ensure you accept/grant the required permissions when prompted to use RealVNC Connect.
