Description

We are deploying an update to release Presence, between Monday 2023-10-02 08:00 UTC (04:00 EDT/01:00 PDT) and Thursday 2023-10-12 15:00 UTC (11:00 EDT/08:00 PDT).

Customers with the Presence feature enabled on their RealVNC Connect subscription may
see server Presence available on some - but not all - of their devices until the rollout is complete.

Cloud connectivity should not be affected by this deployment.

This scheduled maintenance affects: RealVNC Connect (Connectivity service, Discovery and sync services, Presence Service) and VNC Developer (VNC Cloud connectivity service).
